However, there is no limit to the amount or type of services that can be provided on behalf of the client. We are willing to continually review services provided and adapt and enhance these to suit the client’s requirements.

Computer aided project management tools linked to PDAs carried by all our operatives ensures all ‘planned’ maintenance is carried out on time (often a legal requirement) while our site supervisors oversee and audit completed works to deliver 100% compliance with safety and quality standards.

Our response call centre, located in Walthamstow, handles all tenant liaison, initiating repairs, such as lift breakdowns, power outages, boiler breakdowns etc. or provision of services, keeping residents fully informed at all times.
